Returns and Exchange Policy
If the products have been damaged during delivery or we’ve made a mistake and sent you the wrong product – please let us know straight away and we will sort it out for you. All you need to do is fill out a returns form and post them back to us by recorded delivery. Full postal costs will be refunded.
If the products are just not what you wanted and you need send them back to us, the products need to be returned in the condition they were in when delivered to you within 17 days. As the products are not damaged or faulty you will need to pay the postage and packaging to return the products. We hope you think this is fair.
